MarinMap/Marin County Map Service User Agreement

 

In order to download MarinMap data or use the map application viewer you should perform the following steps:

  • Disable any POP UP BLOCKERS from Google, MSN, AOL etc. 
  • You are required to read and accept the terms of user agreement by clicking on the 'I Accept' button below.
  • Once the Map directory is displayed, click on the zip files to download.   
  • Please report any errors in the map data to gisprojects@co.marin.ca.us

  • THE MARIN COUNTY MAP SERVICES ARE COMPLEX AND MAY CONTAIN NONCONFORMITIES, DEFECTS OR ERRORS. MARIN COUNTY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE MARIN COUNTY MAP  SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS, EXPECTATIONS OR INTENDED USE, THAT THE MARIN COUNTYMAP SERVICES WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT NONCONFORMITIES CAN OR WILL BE CORRECTED.

    THE MAP DATA ARE NOT SURVEY PRECISE .

    Use of the MarinMap/Marin County Map Service is at your own risk. MarinMap/Marin County does not guarantee accuracy. MarinMap/Marin County will not be responsible for any damages or losses which result from using of said Map Services. Obey all traffic regulations. Call respective utility agencies prior to digging.
